The present public contract aims to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier, who will act as an intermediary for the supply of « commercial off-the-shelf » software licenses, « software-as-a-service », « platform-as-a-service » and « infrastructure-as-a-service », as well as any additional services such as implementation, maintenance, assistance… (depending on the needs of the LN). It should be noted that for certain software that must be purchased directly via the website of the relevant publishers, the LN wishes that these purchases be made, as far as possible, via the partner who will be selected. MICROSOFT, ADOBE and SAP products (licenses) are not part of the present contract. They are part of separate contracts.
