France – Environmental impact assessment for construction – Mission de diagnostic dans le cadre de la réhabilitation de 104 logements locatifs sociaux collectifs résidence « Le Sacré Coeur »

This contract concerns the execution of a diagnostic mission (DIAG), an element of the project management mission as defined in articles R.2431-19 and following of the Public Procurement Code (CCP) and Annex 20 of the CCP. The services consist of providing the client with all the technical, functional, regulatory, energy, economic and heritage elements necessary to define the rehabilitation programme and to prepare for a possible subsequent call for tenders for project management or works. The details of the mission elements are defined in the « Contract of Engagement » document and the CCTP.
