Germany – Electrical installation work – Umbau und Sanierung ehemaliges Kasernengebäude 4004 zu einem Familienzentrum, Ludwigshöhviertel - Gebäudeleittechnik

In the Darmstadt Ludwigshöhviertel, a new residential area for approximately 3,100 residents, the renovation and refurbishment of the former barracks building 4004 into a family centre with the integration of a youth centre and rooms for community work, as well as the design of new outdoor facilities in the surrounding area, are planned. The building is part of the new education campus of the Science City of Darmstadt. The education campus will consist of four buildings in the future: the family centre in the south, the former barracks building 4001 (future use unknown) in the west, and the new buildings of the Kita Ludwigshöhviertel and the Grundschule Ludwigshöhviertel.
