By this consultation, La Poste wishes to select providers capable of supplying new and refurbished furniture, including adjustment, accessibility and customised adaptation solutions. The service will cover advice, delivery, assembly, adjustment, familiarisation with the furniture and collection of furniture (seats, desks, storage, lighting, accessories) in the premises of La Poste as well as at the homes of teleworking employees in metropolitan France, Corsica and in the French Overseas Departments and Regions (DROM). The beneficiaries of this furniture will be employees recognised as being in a situation of disability. This furniture must be produced in compliance with the applicable regulatory provisions and La Poste's RSE and compliance requirements. The contract is not divided into lots. The processing of La Poste's personal data, including hosting, backup and/or consultation, must be located within the European Union (EU), a country of the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognised as adequate by the European Union.
