France – Repair and maintenance services of central heating – Marché d'exploitation des installations thermiques communaux (P1/P2/P3/P5)

This contract complies with the following provisions: providing users with service continuity and comfort, maintaining and keeping in perfect working order and maintenance of the equipment for which the contractor is responsible; seeking energy savings; advising the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY on the monitoring of installations and the development of work programmes aimed at improving energy performance; the safety of sites. This contract therefore includes the maintenance and operation with major overhaul and renewal of the heating, domestic hot water production, air treatment, ventilation, air conditioning and water treatment installations of the heritage, the maintenance of electrical cabinets (only in boiler and technical rooms).
