Call for Tenders European tender with an open procedure for the supply and maintenance of vehicle tyres for the benefit of Midwaste members. Roosendaal Bidders can register for one or more lots. The total estimated procurement is approximately 2,000 vehicle tyres per year for all 9 lots. The following supplies and services are involved: supply of tyres for passenger cars, vans, minibuses, trucks, heavy equipment, sweepers, agricultural vehicles, etc.; carrying out a tyre inspection on the vehicle fleet at the contractor's location; repairs to and renewal of the above-mentioned tyres; collection and delivery service for drivers, vehicles, tyres, and wheel/tyre combinations; balancing and alignment; storage of summer and winter tyres; 24-hour service provision in the area of (breakdown) assistance; collection of casings and provision of a new tread (renewal); supply of quarterly management reports built up from information from a tyre management system (preferably web-based accessible); provision of advice on the use of car tyres. Purpose of the tender The Awarding Authority, the Coöperatieve Vereniging Midwaste Milieu UA, coordinates this tender for its participating members (the Contracting Authorities) and aims to conclude, per lot, a framework agreement with one contracting party for the supply and maintenance of vehicle tyres. The framework agreements between the contracting authorities and contractors for the lots have a duration of two (2) years with an option for unilateral extension by the contracting authority of 2 times one (1) year. The start date of these framework agreements is scheduled for 1-10-2026. All contracts end (taking into account the extensions) by 30 September 2030 at the latest. Award criteria The lots will be awarded to the economically most advantageous tender by means of Best Price-Quality Ratio (BPKV). Communication and registration This tender will take place exclusively and entirely digitally online using the Mercell Source-to-Contract platform. All communication in connection with this contract will take place exclusively with the Awarding Authority via this digital platform.
