Hungary – Radiosonde apparatus – Rádiószonda és kapcsolódó eszközök beszerzése

HungaroMet Nonprofit Zrt. uses "Vaisala AS41 AUTOSONDE" type ground-based equipment for its radiosonde high-altitude measurements in Budapest and Szeged. These devices are automatically operating, robotics-based, electromechanical tools. They are capable of preparing, checking, and launching the radiosonde according to a pre-programmed schedule, any day of the week, at any specified time: a. preparing and checking the radiosonde before the measurement, b. filling the balloon, which carries the radiosonde into the high atmosphere, with hydrogen gas, c. launching the radiosonde-balloon unit at the specified time, d. receiving and processing the atmospheric data broadcast in real-time by the radiosonde's radio transmitter, e. preparing the data in a format suitable for international meteorological data exchange and forwarding it using standard IT tools. The devices can be pre-loaded with a quantity of equipment sufficient for a maximum of 60 high-altitude measurements (launches). As part of this procurement, the winning bidder's task is to supply the following equipment suitable for loading the above-mentioned devices: 1. 1500 radiosondes, which: a. are compatible with the Vaisala AS41 AUTOSONDE type ground-based device; b. are able to measure the air temperature during flight with an accuracy of at least 0.2°C; c. are able to measure the relative humidity of the air during flight with an accuracy of at least 3%; d. are able to measure the air pressure during flight with an accuracy of at least 0.4 hPa; e. are able to measure the wind direction and speed at altitude during flight using GPS technology with an accuracy of at least 2 degrees and 0.2 m/s, respectively; f. are able to transmit on a user-selected frequency within the 400–406 MHz radio frequency band with a power of at least 60 mW. 2. 1500 balloons weighing 600 grams each, which are able to lift the radiosonde to an altitude of at least 30 km; 3. 1500 balloon valves, which make the balloon suitable for automatic filling. General requirements — 12 months full warranty on the procured equipment, — Delivery of factory-new products. The Invitation to Tender notes that, in accordance with the 46. § (3) and (5) of the 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree, each reference to specific branded, sourced, or typed radiosondes, components, or procedures in the technical description or procurement documents must be accompanied by the phrase "or equivalent", and the Invitation to Tender fully accepts the proof of equivalence for the purpose of ensuring effective competition.
