Dynamic Procurement System (hereinafter: DPS) for the installation and rental of mobile adsorbers applicable in drinking water treatment. The task of the tenderer is to install mobile adsorber tanks filled with fresh activated carbon at the sites specified by the DRV Zrt. as the Buyer, as well as the optional performance of thermal reactivations necessary to maintain the performance of the adsorbers filled in stationary tanks, and the compensation of operational and technological losses during the rental period.
