Germany – Refuse-compaction vehicles – 2 Drehtrommelfahrzeuge mit Schüttungen

The total contract to be awarded consists of the delivery of two new, complete three-axle chassis (Lot 1), the delivery/installation of two new, complete rotary drum bodies with a volume of approximately 18 to 19 m³ (Lot 2) and the delivery of two new, complete tipper bodies (Lot 3). The aforementioned vehicle components will be assembled into complete refuse collection vehicles by the contractor of Lot 2. The compatibility of the three-axle chassis, rotary drum and tipper body is an indispensable assembly prerequisite, ensured by DIN-compliant design. This involves a three-axle chassis with a maximum permissible weight of 26,000 kg and an automated transmission. The vehicle is to be equipped with a rotary drum body, which is loaded via a tipper body. The vehicle must comply with the requirements of the StVZO, the regulations of the UVV and the relevant DIN/EN standards, as well as the EC directives and the generally accepted, valid safety and occupational health and safety regulations.
