In the context of professional and sustainable property management, the municipality wishes to organise the maintenance of building installations in a structured and efficient manner. The contract includes both planned (preventive) maintenance and corrective maintenance, including fault rectification, modifications and replacements, including inspections and checks. With this tender, the municipality aims to contract multiple contractors who will be responsible for carrying out the maintenance of the building installations during the contract period. A distinction is made between a fixed part, consisting of planned maintenance, and a flexible part, consisting of tasks carried out on request. Parcels The contract is divided into multiple parcels, each relating to multiple buildings with their associated technical installations. The maximum value of this framework agreement amounts to € 2,500,000, excluding VAT for the total duration, including any extensions and for all parcels together.
