1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand-new RIB-type patrol boat of class *bKM IV, henceforth referred to as the "boat", with the remaining complete equipment forming a functional whole for the needs of the Main Inspectorate of Maritime Fisheries. The boat is intended to equip the floating unit Controller 19 in Władysławowo, for the control of water areas, the conduct of inspections of fishing vessels, and the control of recreational catches carried out in the marine waters, the zone up to 6 NM from the baseline of the Baltic Sea and up to 3 NM from the base vessel. 2. The subject of the contract includes, inter alia: 1) the manufacture and delivery of a complete boat to the port of Władysławowo, functionally compliant with its intended purpose from the point of view of the subject of the contract; 2) the delivery of complete boat documentation in accordance with the requirements specified in the contract notice and in the draft contract terms (i.e. warranty cards, DTR, operating instructions for equipment in Polish and other documents required by law, including those confirming CE marking (EU/EC conformity certificate or equivalent); 3) verification of the boat's compliance with the contract and SWZ, including the quality of the work, the operation of individual systems and equipment, the quantitative compliance of the required equipment (e.g. rescue equipment), in particular the carrying out of a technical run and control sea trials based on the "Sea Trials Programme" prepared by the Contractor and agreed with the Contracting Authority, 4) verification of the correctness and coherence of the operation of all boat equipment, instrumentation and systems without interference, 5) the conduct of crew training in the operation of the boat as in clause 13; 6) acceptance of the boat by a recognized classification society (Classifier).
