Lot 2: Cyber Risk

The technical specifications to which the tenders must conform are attached to this selection guide (Annex 3). These technical clauses must be met and respected throughout the entire period of performance of the services. It is already specified that only insurance companies approved by the National Bank of Belgium, for one or more insurance branches covered by this contract in accordance with the law of 13 March 2016 relating to the status and control of insurance or reinsurance companies, will be selected as part of this contract. This contract is reserved for insurance companies approved under the law of 13 March 2016 relating to the status and control of insurance or reinsurance companies. Applications submitted by or with insurance brokers or other insurance intermediaries will therefore be excluded.
