The subject of the public procurement is: - the dismantling of the existing device (Ingenuity Elite 128, manufacturer Philips) including the existing contrast media injector (MEDRAD Stellant Certegra, manufacturer Bayer Medical Care Inc), their ecological disposal and the submission of documents proving this, - the supply of 1 new computer tomography, 1 vital functions monitor and 1 contrast media injector, including installation and commissioning, components and accessories, as specified in Annex 1 of the Tender Documentation, - training of operators during installation in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on health care devices and in vitro diagnostic health care devices, as amended, ensuring and conducting the training of 4 employees of the contracting authority on the same already functioning health care device outside the Pelhřimov Hospital for a minimum of 4 days and further training of operators of all employees designated by the contracting authority (10 persons) on the delivered and installed equipment at the Pelhřimov Hospital for a minimum of 5 working days, whereby all training will be conducted by a Czech-speaking application specialist, - provision of warranty service for the subject of delivery for the entire warranty period of at least 24 months from the date of its acceptance by the contracting authority, - performance of authorized post-warranty service for a further eight years from the date of expiry of the warranty period, so that the aforementioned subject is fully functional and can be fully utilized for its purpose as described in the tender documentation for the public procurement.
