The objective of the project is to ensure a future-proof, high-performance, and compliant sterile supply for the operating theatre of the BG Klinikum Bergmannstrost Halle. Therefore, a new location for the AEMP is to be provided. In this context, alternative locations for the relocation of the AEMP are to be examined and evaluated as part of the preliminary planning. An economic comparison of the examined variants is required. Based on this, a functional and structural concept of the new AEMP is to be developed, taking into account hygienic requirements, efficient process flows, the necessary technical infrastructure, and the medical equipment. Furthermore, the logistical integration, in particular the transport routes to the central operating theatre, as well as to storage areas and elevators, is to be analysed. As part of the relocation of the AEMP, areas are being released through the dismantling of the existing facilities. The dismantling of the current AEMP is an integral part of the commissioned planning services. The areas are to be examined and conceptually planned in terms of possible subsequent uses. Both operational requirements of the hospital and spatial, technical and economic framework conditions are to be taken into account. As part of the preliminary planning, variants are to be examined that form the basis for further planning. The aim is to ensure comprehensive planning that optimises the AEMP and ensures sensible and sustainable use of the areas being released.
