Framework contract for vegetation maintenance works on the banks of the Grand Canal d'Alsace and the improved Rhine. The subject of the framework contract relates to the regular maintenance of vegetation by flat and slope mowing, trimming with a brush cutter, brush cutting and maintenance of bituminous joints. Framework contract for a period of 3 firm years and 2+2 optional years. 4 geographical lots are planned, including the following services: flat and slope mowing, trimming with a brush cutter and brush cutting. The geographical lots are: Lot 1 Kembs-Ottmarsheim, Lot 2 Fessenheim-Vogelgrun, Lot 3 Marckolsheim-Rhinau, Lot 4 Gerstheim-Strasbourg. Lot 5: The maintenance of bituminous joints between concrete slabs will be carried out by a fifth specific lot, independent of the geographical perimeter. Candidates may apply for several lots, but may only be awarded a maximum of two lots for lots 1 to 4. This limitation does not apply to Lot 5. In the event of a better offer on more than 2 lots, the order of allocation of the latter is as follows: Lot 4 - Lot 3 - Lot 1 - Lot 2. Financial commitment: the present framework contract involves a total financial commitment of 2,640,000 €. This commitment covers the three firm years and the total amount of consumption of all the lots.
