The Medical University of Lusatia - Carl Thiem (Public Law Corporation) - hereinafter referred to as MUL-CT - as the contracting authority plans to conclude a service contract with a software development company based on the present tender. The task is to develop and support the introduction and expansion of future applications in academic administration based on the koellisch-toolkit/koellisch-core-framework on Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint. The contract will commence on 01.10.2026. The contract will be concluded for a duration of 48 months (until 30.09.2030). The contract will be extended for a further year after the expiry of the agreed minimum term, unless it is terminated in writing with a notice period of 6 months to the half-year/end of the year.
