A dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is to be established for the international public procurement "Training services for instructors in youth camps". The maximum scope of the DPS is 5 000 000,00 EUR excluding VAT. The validity period of the DPS is 4 years from the date of establishment of the DPS. The validity period of the DPS may be shortened or the contracting authority has the right to terminate the validity of the DPS. The validity period of the DPS may be extended, provided that the maximum estimated scope of the DPS is not exceeded.
