The Danish Environmental Protection Agency requires temporary office facilities in the form of meeting rooms in a pavilion building, which must be able to be erected quickly, i.e. modular-based, and on the other hand, must not appear as a container shed. The modular system must be suitable for use in connection with the establishment of office facilities and meeting rooms. It is more specifically a matter of an office-meeting building as a supplement to the Danish Environmental Protection Agency's unit office at Gammel Landevej 35, 7620 Lemvig. The building must be erected in one storey and equipped with meeting rooms, toilet, kitchen and cleaning room, as further described in the tender material. The cadastral number is 1f, Dal Anneksgård, Fabjerg, and the property belongs to the Danish Environmental Protection Agency. As an option, a 1st floor with 5 workplaces, toilet, kitchenette, printer and cleaning room is offered for simultaneous or later erection and delivery, as further described in the tender material. The site must be cleared and the pavilions must be based, delivered, assembled and equipped in accordance with descriptions and requirements, including for IT and technical installations, to which reference is made in the tender material. The pavilion building must be ready no later than 12 weeks after all necessary authorisations are in place. Erection can commence immediately after the contract is entered into. The contract is entered into for 3 years with the possibility of extension up to a total of 5 years.
