The subject of the contract is the supply of recombinant coagulation factor IX concentrate, minimum second generation, for the purpose of ensuring the continuity of treatment for patients with haemophilia B - hereinafter "coagulation factor", of availability category Rp or Rpz, to the direct recipients - Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centres (hereinafter RCKiK) - indicated by the National Blood Centre (hereinafter NCK) or another authorised entity, on the terms specified in the contract.
