Netherlands – Software package and information systems – Software Brokerfunctie 2027-2034

GVB requires the supply of standard software, maintenance and related services, such as (licence) advisory services and software asset management services, for the execution of its tasks. GVB wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with a single supplier who is able to supply this software, including maintenance and related services. Based on the procedures and provisions included in the Framework Agreement, further orders will be placed via further agreements. The Contract primarily concerns the supply of Standard Software, with no customisation requested (Custom Software, unless otherwise indicated, is out of scope of the Contract). The intention is for the Framework Agreement to come into effect in January 2027, or at an earlier or later date as the final award gives cause. See guideline
