The planned building consists of halls for the sewage sludge upcycling plant and an administrative building. The hall is an L-shaped structure with an overall length of approximately 60 m and a width of approximately 40 m. The hall is single-storey. The northern part of the hall, where the delivery is located, is partially basement. The hall will be constructed using reinforced concrete frame construction with a roof structure made of timber beams with sandwich panels. The total gross floor area of the hall is 1,642 m². To the southwest of the hall is the administrative building, which will be separated by a fire wall. The administrative building consists of a ground floor and a first floor. It has a length of approximately 15 m and a width of approximately 9.9 m. The entire building will be constructed in solid construction from reinforced concrete. The roof will be constructed as a flat roof with parapet and bitumen waterproofing. The administrative building consists of one functional unit. The gross floor area of the administrative building is approximately 151 m², height 7.00 m. The bill of quantities and the construction schedule will be additionally referred to.
