The market Dießen am Ammersee plans the expansion and renovation of the Carl-Orff Primary and Secondary School in Dießen am Ammersee. The background for the planned measure is the currently insufficient space for full-day education in the primary school sector. The additional space requirement is to be covered by an extension new build (House F). At the same time, the renewal of the heating centre is to take place. In the course of a preliminary concept, variants for the extension were examined, which led to a preferred variant. For functional and economic reasons, an extension new build between the existing buildings E and B is therefore being sought. With this extension and the conversion of the attic of House A with 1,380 m² of usable area, a very economical extension solution is available. In addition to the additional space requirement, the building stock (especially House E) also shows a considerable need for renovation and modernisation. This is particularly the case in the area of technical systems, with regard to fire protection, room acoustics and lighting. As the total investment volume/cost framework for the expansion, conversion and renovation measures, approximately 19.3 million € gross (cost groups 200-700, DIN 276) were determined within the framework of the preliminary concept. This includes approximately 0.6 million € gross for the costs of cost group 500, DIN 276. The milestones for the implementation of the project currently provide for: - Planning/performance start: mid-October 2026, - Construction start 1st phase = extension new build House F, conversion attic House A: spring 2028, - Completion 1st phase = extension new build House F and conversion attic House A: start of school year 2029/30 (= mid-September 2029), - Construction start 2nd phase = renovation and extension House E: summer holidays 2029 (= August 2029), - Completion 2nd phase = renovation and extension House E: end of 2030. It has not yet been finally decided whether the renewal of the heating centre will be advanced in terms of construction or implemented as part of the 1st construction phase, and this is dependent on the planning concept still to be developed in this regard. It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this tender: Site planning, performance phases 1 to 9 according to §§ 38 ff. HOAI.
