The Stadtbus Gütersloh GmbH (SBG) is a subsidiary of Stadtwerke Gütersloh GmbH and operates the municipal bus network and has been entrusted with the Public Service Obligation (ÖDA) by the City of Gütersloh since 2018. The Central Bus Station (ZOB) in Gütersloh is the hub for public transport in the city and district of Gütersloh. The existing 18 Dynamic Passenger Information (DFI) displays are technically outdated and aged. The subject of the procurement are a total of 20 double-sided, 3-line stop displays with maximised pixel density for optimised visual accessibility and readability, as well as a single-sided overview display with at least 20 lines. The display technology used is RGB-LED. The time is displayed in the right area of the panel. The implementation can be done via a larger panel or via a separate display module (also TFT). The existing background system consists of an ITCS with a Web-DFI interface, via which the stop information can be retrieved via a URL per display, i.e. the data supply of the DFI displays takes place via the existing ATRON-ITCS. Optionally, the maintenance of the system can also be offered, which includes at least telephone support and the delivery of updates and security patches (BSI messages).
