The municipality of Engelthal operates the kindergarten "Haus der Kinder". The older part of the building dates from the 1970s, while the newer part was built in 1993. For orientation, reference is made to the extract from the Bayernatlas in the attachment. Due to the persistently high demand for childcare places, the municipality of Engelthal has decided to renovate and expand the existing kindergarten. The target structure of the future kindergarten is to accommodate 120 children in two crèche groups, two kindergarten groups, and one after-school group. The space programme required for this is to be coordinated with the responsible authorities. In addition, a multi-purpose room for municipal events or club use is to be provided. This room must be usable independently of the kindergarten, which requires separate access. The possibility of integrating a second after-school group into the floor plan is to be examined as part of the planning. The task of the project planning includes, on the one hand, the general renovation of the building part from 1993, which is to be carried out as far as possible during ongoing operations, the demolition of the building part from the 1970s and, on the other hand, a replacement new building as a supplement to the space requirement for the target structure. The general renovation of the existing building serves to adapt the existing building to the future use in conjunction with the replacement new building. The kindergarten is located on plot 339/1 with 2,166 m². To achieve the target structure, the adjacent plot with plot number 339 with 479 m² is available. The subject of the tender are the services of the project planning according to Part 3, Section 1 HOAI 2021 of the performance phases 1 to 9. The use of HAV-KOM model contract forms is envisaged for the architect's contract to be concluded.
