For the expansion and operation of the Würselen digestion plant to include a plug-flow fermentation with intensive rotting at the site of the Würselen digestion plant, various services are to be provided. The subject of the current tendering procedure are the construction services for building engineering. This includes, in particular, the following services:

• Site establishment

• Preparatory measures and partial demolition work

• Earthworks

• The construction of supply and disposal lines and a retention pond

• Electrical work as well as steel and concrete work

• Services in the areas of lightning protection and superstructure

The construction phases are planned for the following periods:

• Phase I: February 2027 to July 2028

• Phase II: May 2028 to December 2028

• Phase III: January 2029 to September 2029

• Phase IV: September 2029 to August 2030
