Following an increase in workload at the Hellemmes TI, the number of polyester parts to be processed has increased and must be treated in an ATEX environment. Our current cabin does not have the capacity to process these parts and is not ATEX compliant. Therefore, the TI wishes to acquire a new polyester sanding cabin that meets the standards. The prior studies and exchanges do not constitute a competitive tender procedure or any commitment by SNCF to subsequently launch an operation and award a contract on the same subject. Similarly, the responses provided do not constitute contractual or pre-contractual commitments from their authors.
