Senegal – Public relations services – Facility for Information Integrity and Countering Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI) in West Africa and the Lake Chad Region

Procurement description: The facility will provide on-demand technical, communication and operational support to strengthen information integrity and counter FIMI in West Africa and the Lake Chad region, including expert assignments, studies, training, policy dialogues, study visits, events and related logistical support. Reason for purchasing: To provide EU Delegations, the FPI Regional Team in Dakar and relevant Brussels services with timely and specialised support to address evolving FIMI and disinformation threats, strengthen regional capacities and respond flexibly to country-specific operational and policy needs.
