The subject of the contract is the Exchange and installation of cold water meters on water supply connections - together with the performance of necessary installation works - located in the area of operation of AQUANET S.A. and the supply of factory-new water meters, as well as the supply and installation of remote reading system devices in 2027, divided into 3 parts (packages): Package 1 - Poznań Area - (City of Poznań) Package 2 - Northern Area - MUNICIPALITIES: (Czerwonak, Murowana Goślina, Suchy Las, Swarzędz excluding the City of Swarzędz, Kórnik,) Package 3 - Southern Area – MUNICIPALITIES: (Luboń, Puszczykowo, Mosina, Brodnica) and the City of Swarzędz The Contractor may submit a bid for only one, self-selected part (package). In the event of bids being submitted for more than one part (package), the Purchaser will reject all bids from such a Contractor, in accordance with the provisions of Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
