The present tender concerns the support and maintenance of building security for the existing locations of the police. Fully functional security systems are crucial for the police to carry out their operational tasks 24/7, and to protect the critical infrastructure, which includes IT equipment and the protection of the police's sensitive information in specially secured areas, ranging from the securing of physical armories to advanced data centers. The National Police therefore needs a supplier to assist with the support and maintenance of the daily operation of installed and fully configured units for access control (ADK), station alarms (AIA), camera surveillance (TVO), fire alarms (ABA), door telephones, etc. on the police's locations. The police's locations include office buildings and police stations with and without detention facilities, waiting rooms, interrogation rooms, and armories. The tender is expected to cover approximately 170 locations of varying sizes spread across most of Denmark. However, online support must be provided in Greenland and the Faroe Islands via the police's network and telephone assistance to local technicians. Approximately 2,000 incidents are reported per year. The security equipment currently in use is distributed as follows: • Approximately 1,500 station cameras • Approximately 200 detention cameras (TVO) • Approximately 400 detention and waiting room Intercoms • Approximately 400 detention and waiting room ABA (automatic fire alarm) • Approximately 4,000 doors with ADK (automatic door control) with various connected lock types • Approximately 200 burglary alarms (AIA) • Approximately 50-70 door telephones • Approximately 25-50 Intercom systems • Approximately 20-30 100V PA systems The supplier must provide nationwide support and maintenance of the following security installations in the buildings: • Access Control (ADK) - Card readers for ADK doors - Central software for access control, Nedap Central Equipment • Station Alarms (AIA) - Physical detectors - Central software for control - Alarm panels - Sirens • Detention and Waiting Room Surveillance - Cameras - Panic buttons - Call buttons • Fire Alarms (ABA) in detention and waiting rooms - Aspiration systems - Central control box • Camera Surveillance on Stations (TVO) - Cameras, internal and external - Central software for control, NVR Recording recorder/server - Perimeter security • Intercom Systems (from doors, gates, and detention facilities) - Gate telephones - Intercom systems • 100V PA Systems The supplier's services cover ad hoc tasks related to troubleshooting. In connection with support and maintenance, there will be minor changes and/or adjustments to the security installations. This could, for example, be: • Changes or adjustments to the graphical user interface (Winguard/Nedap GAH) in connection with changes in ADK, AIA, or TVO • Establishment or relocation of a door • Changes in AIA configuration or detectors due to changes in the use of rooms with AIA The supplier must be able to replace defective parts on the existing hardware and mount and configure them in the same work process. The supply must also be able to cover minor and major maintenance tasks where there is a need to move to another building or another floor in the existing building. Here, the supplier will need to mount cables and supply, mount, and configure hardware and software for security in buildings. When a security installation is updated or renewed, the supplier must integrate the entire installation into Nedap (ADK), Milestone (TVO), and Vanderbilt SPC-alarm system (AIA) to WinGuard. To support the above, the supplier must provide a Service Desk for the mediation and management of tasks. The Service Desk must be available 24/7. The supplier must register all inquiries to the Service Desk and prepare a monthly report on inquiries and task initiation.
