The objective of the Project Owner for this project is to contribute to energy savings and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by bringing the average energy label of buildings to level C for homes subject to the FEDER requirements and to level B or A for the second life scheme. (See attached distribution table) The works also aim to maintain the heritage with facade enhancement, electrical safety, and replacement of sanitary fittings.
