Poland – Construction work for sports facilities – Przebudowa stadionu lekkoatletycznego przy ul. Sulechowskiej w Zielonej Górze

The Contracting Authority informs that the investment referred to in point 3.1. of the SWZ will be carried out in a design and build formula, and therefore the scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) preparation of design documentation together with pre-design work, obtaining the required decisions, agreements, opinions and permits; 2) organisation of the construction site, provision of all services and supplies, execution of construction works based on the prepared design documentation together with obtaining the required decisions, agreements, opinions, permits for the execution and acceptance of the Works and handover of the facility for use in accordance with its intended purpose, the requirements of the Contracting Authority, the Contract and applicable regulations. 2. The athletics stadium will be an object that meets the requirements set by the PZLA for Category III facilities. After the implementation of the Investment Objective, the facility will have a PZLA Certificate (currently the facility does not have a PZLA Certificate). The football pitch with a natural surface located within the Stadium (Main Arena) will meet the requirements of the PZPN for II league clubs with the elements required by the PZPN regulations for I league clubs as indicated in the present PFU; the facility will have a PZPN licence for the II league (currently the facility has a licence to play matches in the III league). It is assumed that the infrastructure elements of the Football Pitch indicated in the PFU will be able to be adapted (in an independent investment task) to the requirements specified by the PZPN regulations for I league clubs. It will be the Contractor's obligation to meet all the requirements that will allow the Contracting Authority to make such an adaptation, without the need for subsequent demolitions, dismantling or reconstruction of the Stadium's buildings - this scope will be subject to special verification by the Contracting Authority. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. I.2 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.5. of the SWZ. 4. The subject of the order shall be executed in accordance with the Functional-User Programme (PFU) together with the annexes contained in Annex No. I.5 to the SWZ. 5. The Contracting Authority informs that for this task, funding has been granted by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism under the Programme of investments of particular importance for sport – 2025 edition. Due to technical limitations, the remaining part of the information is in the tender documents (SWZ).
