Poland – Reagents and contrast media – Dostawa środków kontrastowych i innych produktów medycznych dla Powiatowego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej z siedzibą w Starachowicach

The subject of the contract is: Supply of contrast media and other medical products for the County Health Care Centre in Starachowice, listed in packages in quantities depending on the current demand resulting from medical activity. An assortment-price list (Attachment No. 5 to SWZ) is attached with the name of the product, units of measurement and the quantity of expected consumption over a 24-month period. The contracting authority allows the submission of equivalent tenders (the tendered subject of the contract is not worse than that specified in the SWZ), if from the description of the subject of the contract it could be inferred that the subject of the contract was specified by indicating a trademark, origin or patent. The tender must include your equivalents and a description of the properties of the equivalents. The absence of: indication of the proposed equivalents and a description of the properties of the applied equivalents is the basis for rejecting the tender – art. 226, paragraph 1, point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
