The subject of the contract is: The provision of maintenance and technical and economic services in "AFRYKARIUM - OCEANARIUM" at 1-5 Wróblewskiego Street, Wrocław, together with the adjacent areas to the building, i.e. a building with an area of 17,431.06 m2, together with a pool located along the building with an area of 2,000.00 m2, an entrance zone with an area of 817.76 m2 and underground external tanks together with installations, located on the immovable property constituting part of the plot with the cadastral number 2/2, located in Wrocław at 1-5 Wróblewskiego Street, entered in the land register under number KW WR1K/00076199/4 kept by the District Court in Wrocław, IV Department of Land and Mortgage Registers, hereinafter referred to as the Object. The detailed description of the subject of the contract specifying the scope of services, the obligations of the Contractor and the conditions of their implementation (including: a description of the equipment located in the building) are specified in the annexes to the SWZ: - Annex No. 1 entitled "Table of maintenance and technical and economic activities in the "AFRYKARIUM-OCEANARIUM" object", - Annex No. 2 entitled "List of areas of AFRYKARIUM – OCEANARIUM" according to function, - Annex No. 3: Contract Project. The Contracting Authority will provide interested parties with the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the object and the area on which it is located before submitting an offer in this procedure.
