The subject is the establishment, configuration, activation and operation of a virtual private data communication network (hereinafter referred to as the "VPN network") for a period of 48 months, including 60 days required for implementation, for connecting the workplaces of ÚDZS for the purposes of two-way data transfer exclusively between the local computer networks of the individual workplaces and for providing electronic communication services, supplementary services, expert services and leasing of information technologies (hereinafter collectively referred to as "services"). The description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1A to these tender documents.
