France – Street-cleaning services – Entretien courant sur ouvrages d'art pour le compte du Département de l'Allier

The services subject to this contract concern the implementation of routine maintenance of walls, bridges and other civil engineering works such as rockfall protection devices and gabion structures, the management of which is the responsibility of the services of the Departmental Council of Allier. The routes crossed by the works may be roads, watercourses, railways, the constraints of which must be taken into account to define the means to be implemented to carry out the services: signage, access means, temporary works, intervention periods (day, time slots imposed). The implementation of these means is the responsibility of the company and is considered to be part of the services defined by this contract (no remuneration for setting up a site except for signage). The works can be of all types: masonry, reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, steel-concrete composite, metal, etc. The civil engineering works concerned by these services are crossing structures regardless of their opening: - culverts, bridges and footbridges, - concrete or metal pipes, - retaining walls, - noise barriers, - gabion structures and rockfall protection devices. The services to be carried out are: - Cleaning of water drainage systems, - Removal of debris and floating bodies upstream of the supports, - Removal of deposits under works or at the foot of walls or in the vicinity, - Cleaning of road joints and their accessories, - Cleaning of bearing beams, - Cleaning of parapets, - Removal of trees, shrubs and vegetation throughout and in the vicinity of the structure, - Cleaning of wall facings, - Cleaning and maintenance of water collection and drainage systems on and in the vicinity of the structures, - Removal of posters, covering of graffiti.
