Description

The framework agreement concerns the road transport of petroleum products in tankers for the operational energy service (SEO) in metropolitan France and Corsica. A brief description of the need to be met within the framework of this procedure is defined in Article 2.4 "Main characteristics of the consultation" of the consultation regulation phase "candidacy" (RC CAND) attached to this consultation. The business consultation file phase "candidacy" (DCE CAND) comprising the consultation regulation of the present phase "candidacy" (RC CAND) and its two annexes is available at the following URL: https://www.marchespublics.gouv.fr/entreprise. The reference of the consultation to be entered in the "Announcements" tab in the "Quick Search" box of "Ongoing Consultations" is the reference: DAF_2026_001061. The book of special technical clauses (CCTP) defining the need in its entirety will be transmitted in the DCE of the "offer" phase (DCE OFFRE). Indeed, the present publication concerns only a call for candidacy. The DCE of the "offer" phase (DCE OFFRE) comprising, in particular, the consultation regulation of the "offer" phase (RC OFFRE), the commitment deed, the book of special administrative clauses (CCAP) and the book of special technical clauses (CCTP) will be transmitted only to the candidates selected after examination of the candidacies received during the present phase "candidacy". The sending of invitations to tender in the "offer" phase (DCE OFFRE) is estimated at 17/11/2026. The deadline for submission of candidacies of the present phase of "candidacy" is set at 07/09/2026 at 10:00.
