France – Architectural services for buildings – Accord cadre de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la réalisation des futures opérations de constructions neuves et de réhabilitation

The present consultation aims to establish a framework agreement for the provision of project management services for the future new construction and rehabilitation-renovation operations of the companies of the LB HABITAT Group: LE FOYER D'ARMOR and HABITATION FAMILIALE LORIENT BREST. The framework agreement is for purchase orders and multi-contractors. The framework agreement concerns only the operations meeting the following cumulative conditions: operations with a forecast financial envelope for works (including VRD) of less than or equal to 3,5 million euros excl. VAT, and for which the estimated project management services do not exceed the thresholds for formalised procedures mentioned in Article L. 2124-1 of the Public Procurement Code.
