The planned building is a freestanding, single-story structure with external dimensions of approximately 51.15 m x 25.4 m, without a basement. The building will house the process and electrical equipment for water treatment, as well as the necessary storage and dosing of operating materials. Several water tanks made of reinforced concrete are integrated into the building. A photovoltaic system is to be installed on the roof. In the northern part of the site, behind the treatment building, facilities for the treatment of flushing water (SWA) are planned. These consist of 2 settling basins, 1 sludge thickener, and a small additional technical building (GFA = approximately 25m2) to house the required dosing system for the SWA and electrical equipment.
