The subject of the contract is the preparation of a comprehensive multi-sectoral project documentation and the execution of construction works, as part of the task entitled “Construction of the OPS (Onshore Power Supply) system in the area of the Port of Gdańsk”. The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract and the design provisions of the agreement. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is in the Description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ.
