Germany – Software supply services – Bezirk Schwaben: Beratungs-/ Kommunikationssoftware

This tender is for the comprehensive provision and operation (hosting and maintenance) of a uniform digital advisory platform for all Social Psychiatry Services (hereinafter SpDi) in Bavaria, regardless of their size and sponsorship. The advisory platform to be offered must provide all users in Bavaria with access to the advisory services of the SpDi, regardless of their place of residence. The advisory platform, which is the subject of the contract, forms a further component of the existing services; "digital advisory centres" are not to be created exclusively. The digital advisory platform is to be offered as a browser-based application for an unlimited number of clients (affected individuals and their relatives). The licences are to be provided in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS) for the current 93 SpDi. Each SpDi is to receive 3 advisor access.
