The services tendered for include tiling and cladding works in the interior of the new building, as well as the extension and renovation of the existing building. The services include, in particular, the supply and installation of wall and floor tiles, including all necessary ancillary services such as substrate preparation, waterproofing in wet areas, laying work, grouting, and connections to adjacent components according to the bill of quantities.
