The City of Oostende wishes to use a journey registration system, including a reservation platform for the City's vehicle fleet. The aim is to gain better insight into the movements of the vehicle fleet in order to enable an optimal composition and distribution of the vehicle fleet. For the part of the vehicle fleet that is part of the “pool”, there must be the possibility to make reservations in a smooth, user-friendly and clear way by all colleagues. Duration The duration of this assignment is planned with a base order of four years, with automatic 2-yearly silent extensions for an indefinite period with a termination option of 6 months for the contracting authority and 18 months for the contractor.
