France – Restructuring work – Travaux de restructuration des activités de Soins Médicaux de Réadaptation sur le site de Bavilliers (90) pour l'Hôpital Nord Franche-Comté

This consultation is launched, due to the unsuccessful outcome of the formalised procedure n° GHT-2026-005, for reasons of general economic and financial interest, resulting from the inadequacy of the offers with the available credits, combined with a lack of competition. It concerns the construction contracts for the Restructuring of Medical Rehabilitation Activities on the Bavilliers (90) site. The GHT Nord Franche-Comté is composed of the Hôpital Nord Franche-Comté (HNFC) and its annexes as the supporting establishment and the CHSLD Le Chênois as the partner establishment. The Hôpital Nord Franche-Comté, as the supporting establishment, is the BUYER. The Project Owner is the Hôpital Nord Franche-Comté (HNFC). The project will involve using one of the levels of the CHSLD building known as « le Ballon » and constructing an extension from the gable of the Ballon towards the North, to accommodate the Care and Rehabilitation activities. The services provided in this Restructuring/Extension are: - 60 SSR beds distributed in 2 units of 30 beds - A neurogeriatric unit of 24 beds (2 x 12 beds with a UCC and a UNG) - A Gerontology Day Hospital of 20 places - A rehabilitation technical platform - Support facilities for the activity - The outdoor spaces necessary for the activity (gardens, car parks, roads…) - A day centre for 24 users, making a total capacity of 128 beds and places. The project to be built is on a vacant and unbuilt plot of land acquired by the HNFC in 2023. The demolition of the pre-existing building (former home) was carried out at the end of 2023/beginning of 2024. The project is in line with the EHPAD du Chênois, a set of buildings connected to each other and arranged around the « Château », which was delivered between 2018 and 2020. The site is located about ten kilometres from the Hôpital Nord Franche-Comté, to which it belongs.
