Czechia – Assembly of metal structures – DNS - Montáže podkonstrukcí a FV panelů pro výstavbu FVE

The subject of the public contracts awarded in the established DNS is the performance of standardised and recurring assembly works consisting of the assembly of substructures (including anchoring elements) for photovoltaic panels and the assembly of photovoltaic panels for the construction of FVE. The subject of the DNS may also include the connection of photovoltaic panels into strings at the level of the FV field (i.e. only connector connections, not DC cabling outside the panel conductors led to the distributors or inverters), including their mechanical routing/fixing and the description/labelling of conductors, but without connection to other technology. The DNS will be divided into categories according to § 138 para. 1 ZZVZ, as follows: a) Category I. – FVE with an installed capacity of up to 30 MWp inclusive; b) Category II. – FVE with an installed capacity of over 30 MWp. The Supplier is entitled to submit an Application to Participate in any Category of DNS or a combination of Categories of DNS. The same technical specification of the subject of performance applies to both Categories. The difference between Category I and Category II lies mainly in the expected installed capacity of the FVE, the scope of assembly capacities, the organisation of work, logistical requirements and the time schedule of the specific individual public contract. These facts will always be precisely defined in the Invitation to Tender and its annexes, especially in the implementation project documentation, the measurement record or similar technical background.
