The Contracting Authority has decided to award, through this contract, the operation of collective heating installations of the PF type for the production of heating, comprising all or part of the following services: - P2 > Services for operation, routine maintenance, maintenance, monitoring, control and troubleshooting of the heating, air conditioning and hot water production installations concerned, including small supplies and consumable materials - P3 > Major maintenance and renewal of equipment (the remuneration of which is commonly referred to as P3)
