Denmark – Excavating and earthmoving work – Indkøb af gravearbejder i jord i forbindelse med fjernvarmeledninger for HOFOR

HOFOR hereby opens a tender with negotiation for the procurement of earthworks in connection with district heating pipelines. The tender is divided into 2 framework agreements, namely "Framework Agreement Large Earth" which includes the management of projects related to major earthworks in connection with the establishment of new district heating pipelines, including planned renovation of existing pipelines. The work primarily consists of excavation for the establishment of pre-insulated district heating pipes and re-establishment. Mainly in streets and roads, but also through basements, courtyards, and garden areas of properties. Furthermore, concrete work is carried out at the connection to and repair of existing concrete canals as well as at the renovation of walls, roofs or staircases on concrete chambers. The works can occur anywhere and at any time in the Municipality of Copenhagen http://www.hofor.dk/. The individual tasks vary in size from the establishment or renovation of smaller pipelines to large main pipelines. The second framework agreement also concerns earthworks but relates to smaller projects and operational tasks. In "Framework Agreement Earth - smaller projects and operation" there is a requirement to be able to handle immediate task resolution. The tender is carried out as a negotiated tender, where HOFOR intends to pre-qualify 5 tenderers per framework agreement. The framework agreement "Framework Agreement for Large Earth" will ultimately be awarded to 2 tenderers. For further information, refer to the tender conditions.
