The composite contract includes: On the one hand, - permanent cleaning services, sweeping of roads, pavements, gutters, and car parks in the commune of Jérôme-sur-Seine (flat-rate part), On the other hand, - occasional services, also including the collection and treatment of waste, which can be carried out on an ad-hoc basis, upon written request from the commune, for exceptional days during events of various kinds (framework agreement with purchase orders). The framework agreement part is executed as purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority.
