Engineering services; Technical building equipment according to §§ 53ff. LP 1-9 for the plant groups 1-3 HOAI 2021 with phased commissioning. Planning services for the renovation of the existing market at Wiener Platz with 8 market stalls in Munich/Haidhausen. The construction is planned in 1 construction section during ongoing operations. The costs of all building parts to be upgraded will be summarized for the fee determination. Costs: KGR 200-700: approx. 2.8 million € gross. Funding opportunities should be investigated. Dates: Start of planning services immediately after commissioning: approx. early September 2026. Completion date: approx. 4th quarter 2028.
