France – Building construction work – Construction d’un entrepôt logistique nommé I7b sur la zone des entrepôts du Marché International de Rungis

This project concerns the creation of a refrigerated building (2/4°C) for logistics activities including receipt, storage, warehousing, order picking and distribution of fresh food products. The building will be classified as ICPE1510 under the inter-prefectural decree n° 2021/02289 of 28 June 2021 of the Entrepôts zone. The area dedicated to activities will be approximately 3 400 m² on the ground floor and 400 m² of offices created in a mezzanine. The building will not receive the public but will be accessible to PMR (Persons with Reduced Mobility). The construction works must take place over 12 months from June 2026. They are divided into 9 lots: - Lot 1: VRD and earthworks, - Lot 2: Structural work, framing, roofing, cladding and external joinery, - Lot 3: Insulating panels and dock equipment, - Lot 4: Locksmithing, - Lot 5: Sprinkler system and RIA, - Lot 6: Plumbing and HVAC, - Lot 7: Electrical work, - Lot 8: Elevator, - Lot 9: Office fitting (partitions, internal joinery, floor coverings, false ceilings). A company can respond to one or more lots and be awarded one or more lots if its offer is the most economically advantageous for each of the lots.
