The Thüringer Staatslotterie AöR as the contracting authority intends to procure new gaming terminals through a tender to a contractor (hereinafter referred to as the applicant, bidder or AN) anew. The TSL plans to tender the following services: -Purchase of approx. 680 gaming terminals for their sales outlets (AST), of which approx. 50 are required as reserves, for training purposes and as test installations (CAT - customer acceptance test) -Purchase of terminal software -Use of terminal management system for a maximum of 11 years -Full service for hardware, software and software maintenance for a maximum of 11 years The contracting authority will purchase the gaming terminals and the terminal software. In addition, the full service (for a maximum of 11 years) is the subject of the tender.
